When General Capital was awarded the lease for a new LEED certified building for ICE, it was the culmination of a five year search to find the right site and a compelling build to suit proposal. General Capital teamed with architect the Arcus Group and Duke Construction (subsidiary of REIT Duke Realty) to design and build the project. Located in Flagler Center, one of Jacksonville’s premier business parks, the new 48,000 square foot office building provides premier Class A office space along with a secure processing area for this critical federal government facility.
