Roundy’s Grocery Store Development

Roundy’s owned a very successful 30 year-old store on Sheboygan’s south side that needed renewal. Our team (with partner Outlook Development) purchased the property directly from Roundy’s and executed a full tear-down and rebuild. Project team included Schroeder Holt Architects and the Hoff Group. Construction (store closing to re-opening) took less than 5 months. This is a stand-alone grocery store with neither small shops nor outlets.
