Roundy’s selected General Capital to develop its first Chicagoland grocery store. We acquired the former Lattof Chevrolet on Northwest Highway, demolished and remediated the site (formerly a car dealership/dry cleaner), and developed Roundy’s newest concept flagged as a Mariano’s Fresh Market.
