Property Details
In 2010, General Capital acquired Mt. Pleasant’s municipal campus at one of the busiest intersections of Racine County. A new grocery anchored shopping center has been built on the site. Project team included Schroeder Holt Architects, Kapur & Associates, Kraus Anderson Construction, CBRE and Associated Bank. By carefully orchestrating a complicated series of events outside normal sequence, we were able to accommodate continued Village occupancy until Spring 2011, while delivering a store to Pick N Save for a September 12 2011 grand opening. The shopping center will house a number of national retailers, including Red Lobster, Texas Roadhouse, US Cellular, Aspen Dental and Mattress Firm.
