Shorewood Apartments Win Approval

On Monday night July 7th, the proposed apartment building planned on Oakland & Olive won zoning approval in the Village of Shorewood. The apartments will be a phase in the overall development along Oakland Ave between Kenmore & Olive including a high end grocery store, market rate apartments and a 4-story parking deck.
