With more than 40 projects, we are a leader in affordable and workforce housing development. Using Low-Income Housing Tax Credits and federal and local housing programs, we develop and acquire workforce, senior, and supportive housing communities across multiple states. Our work preserves and expands access to safe, stable housing and strengthens the communities we serve.

Student Housing

Bedrock Construction

Bedrock Construction Company, our general contracting division, was established in 2000 to strengthen project oversight, control costs, manage change orders, and deliver projects on time and within budget. Since then, Bedrock has completed more than 40 affordable housing projects across Wisconsin and Michigan.
