An Upscale Independent Senior Community on Milwaukee’s North Shore

In 1999, General Capital partnered with Weas Development to construct this luxury senior apartment community. Developed in tandem with an assisted living facility as part of a “continuing care” campus, North Port Village offered active seniors a well-located facility that is convenient to shopping, restaurants and a variety of services.

North Port Village features spacious one- and two-bedroom floor plans, in-unit washers and dryers and heated underground parking. Additional amenities include a beautifully designed community room with coffered ceilings and large fireplace, crown moulding throughout the building and a tasteful interior design scheme that appeals to sophisticated tastes of the building’s tenants.

The rental apartments were converted to condominiums and are sold out.
