Ryan Business Park is a 115 acre Class A project in Oak Creek, Wisconsin focused primarily on industrial users with approximately 1,100,000 square feet of potential development. The Business Park is being developed by a joint venture team comprised of Capstone Quadrangle and General Capital Group, two experienced developers with complementary strengths in the industrial and commercial/retail markets. The joint venture has assembled an impressive team of highly qualified contractors, civil engineers, architects and attorneys to transform the site into a Class A Business Park working closely with the City of Oak Creek. Attracted by the proximity to I-94, attractive geography between Chicago and Milwaukee, and easy accessibility to the site, Amazon recently began development of a 2.5mm square foot fulfillment center on 75 acres in the center of the Park.
