General Capital developed the new headquarters of Bubrick’s Office Supply on Edison Drive in Germantown’s industrial park. Howard Bubrick, the company’s owner, hired General Capital to manage the development process for this state-of-the-art office and distribution facility, including orchestrating the design and construction documents, handling municipal approvals, coordinating bidding and negotiating of construction-related contracts, assembling the project’s financing and managing the physical construction of the building. The facility opened in Spring 2002 on time and on budget.
