Together with partner the Marcus Corporation, General Capital developed this high-quality boutique retail center in the heart of Delafield’s “Power Alley,” adjacent to Marcus Cinema, Home Depot, Walmart, Target and other major retailers at I-94 and STH 83.

The City of Delafield encouraged an assemblage of two disjointed and separately owned parcels to create a single unified development. General Capital successfully used a creative, cost-effective retaining wall to facilitate the optimal use of the severely sloping site. The developer and architect worked hand-in-hand with the City’s plan commission to create an architecture appropriate to Delafield, resulting is an upscale shopping center with traditional architectural elements and a design that commands attention from the Interstate.
