At the end of 2024, General Capital acquired 4545 N Port Washington Road, a 100,000 square foot Class B industrial building located in Glendale, WI.
The building is fully leased to Stein Garden Centers, a Wisconsin-based company that owns and operates garden and home centers throughout the state. Steins has been at this location for decades and uses the building for warehousing and distribution to its retail stores.
General Capital anticipates making small improvements to the property over what is anticipated to be a long-term hold. We view this as a complimentary addition to our growing portfolio of industrial assets in Southeastern Wisconsin.
