Jackson Industrial Business Park is located on Rosewood Lane near the Highway 60 interchange with US Highway 45. The development consists of eight industrial sites ranging from 2.05 – 5.5 acres each, and one 7.87 acre site that may be developed for Multi-family use. The Village of Jackson will create a tax incremental financing district to help pay for the infrastructure of the development.
The project is a joint venture between Design 2 Construct (D2C) and General Capital. D2C launched development of the Jackson Northwest Business Park twenty years ago, and since its creation, has developed thirty-seven industrial projects in five phases. As a result, D2C has extensive experience developing and constructing industrial build-to-suits and has established relationships with the Village of Jackson.
