A Master Planned Condominium Community in the Heart of Ozaukee County
In 2006, General Capital acquired three parcels in the Misty Ridge subdivision in southern Port Washington to develop 68 single-family and duplex condominiums. The property is ideally located near the quaint downtown, numerous amenities, shopping and I-43. The initial phase includes 21 units clustered around a shared open space.
General Capital worked with a local architect to design high quality units with features more typical to a higher end market, while maintaining a more affordable price point. The units received Green Built Home and Wisconsin Energy Star Home certification, allowing General Capital to receive a lucrative federal tax credit for achieving a high level of energy efficiency.
