The property is fully leased to NaturPak, a contract food manufacturer headquartered in Janesville. Originally constructed in 2015, the facility underwent an expansion in 2022 with the construction of a best-in-class freezer building addition that expanded the capabilities of the building for NaturPak.
The facility features Class A industrial specifications, including tilt-up concrete construction, 30-foot clear heights, and ample dock-high and drive-in doors. It remains in excellent condition and is optimized for high-volume food distribution and storage operations.
