In December 2024, General Capital acquired the Brookfield Lakes Retail Center, a 32,000-square-foot retail property located along the highly desirable Bluemound Road corridor. At the time of acquisition, the center was 90% leased to Lands’ End, Jos. A. Bank, FedEx, and Honey Berry Café. Shortly thereafter, General Capital secured a lease with ISI Elite Training, bringing the property to full occupancy.

The center features a classic red-brick architectural style and was developed over two phases in 1994 and 2004. As part of the acquisition strategy, General Capital undertook several capital improvement projects aimed at enhancing the building’s curb appeal and long-term value. Property management is handled by General Capital Management.
