Mosaic is an upscale mixed-use development in the heart of Shorewood, Wisconsin featuring 95 beautiful residences for lease, first floor boutique shops and restaurants and conveniently located next to the newest Metro Market. Mosaic brings a perfect balance to urban living, combining sophisticated luxuries and conveniences in one ideal location. The community is nestled in a quaint neighborhood setting and just minutes from downtown Milwaukee, the lakefront and community parks.

A 90,000 square foot grocery store was constructed on two levels and is attached to a four story parking structure.
