New Suburban Downtown Grocery Store

Sun Prairie wanted to replace a Dane County highway department facility at the major corner of Main Street and Highway N. General Capital won a competitive selection process by proposing a new grocery store and outlot, taking a cue from the City’s revitalized downtown district. Sun Prairie provided TIF funding for an underground storm water detention facility enabling this important economic development project to proceed. General Capital teamed with Schroeder & Holt Architects, Kraus Anderson Construction and the Hoff Group. an outlot was sold to McDonald’s.
