General Capital and it partner Design2Construct just completed a specialty build-to-suit for Genoa Healthcare in the Milwaukee suburb of Jackson, Wisconsin. The building houses Genoa’s latest generation patient-by-patient pharma packaging systems serving assisted living, nursing, and behavioral health institutions. A subsidiary of UnitedHealth, Genoa Healthcare is the largest U.S. provider of pharmacy and medication management services for individuals with behavioral health and other complex chronic health conditions.
