State-of-the-Art Life Sciences Research and Production Facility
General Capital assembled the requisite expertise in response to the Tenant’s need for a highly engineered life sciences production facility located in the University Research Park in Madison, WI. This global company places a high value on collaborative interactions, rapid delivery of solutions, and providing the highest level of quality – all of which were facilitated by this mission critical expansion. General Capital, the contractor, architects, engineers, and consultants worked together collaboratively with precise attention to detail in the planning, design, and execution of the project. This will enable the Company to achieve optimal results and be positioned to respond to the fast growing demand for its genetic sequencing products.
