Willy Street Co/Op (“WSCO”) anchors the Center, occupying 18,130 SF. The center was originally built in 1965 and was substantially renovated in 1993 with further improvements having been made in 2011 when Willy Street Co/Op opened for business. The center was purchased by General Capital in 2015 from the family who developed it.
