U.S. Coast Guard and U.S. Customs and Border Protection

The General Services Administration selected General Capital to build a new facility to co-locate two federal government agencies. The facility will become the busy port area’s base of operations for the United States Coast Guard and U.S. Customs and Border Protection. The building, which is designed to achieve a LEED Silver designation, balances natural day lighting, energy efficiency and a comfortable environment with the demanding security requirements of the agencies. General contractor Duke Realty, Inc. and architectural firm the Arcus Group are teaming with General Capital to deliver an effective solution to the Government’s requirements.
