Apartment cluster pops up near Milwaukee River

I was contacted late last month by the Andrew Weiland at the Biz Times about our latest urban apartment community downtown, the Beerline B Apartments and where the building was in the leasing process. Fortunately I was able to report that we had large majority of the units spoken for and the building was set to open on the 18th of February.
