General Capital Group To Develop Flex-Industrial at Century City

Mayor Barrett announced this morning that the City is working with General Capital Group to develop a new 52,000 square foot flex industrial building at Century City, the City of Milwaukee’s Urban Business Park located at Capitol and Hopkins. The building will be “cutting edge industrial flex” with 24-foot clear ceiling heights, 50-foot structural bays and both at grade and full depth loading docks.

The building will have a striking northern façade, with multi-tone “Nichiha” panels, a glass corner and colorful entrance canopies. American Design, Inc and Perspective Design will provide architectural services and SIGMA will do civil engineering on the project. The first phase is planned to break ground by early Summer 2014.
